
Our Story
It all began with a dream of a simpler farm life.
Jonty bought Suzie some goats for Christmas after their marriage in 2015.

The first goats were Boers - and as soon as they arrived it became clear that Suzie loved caring for them.
Soon afterwards they introduced a British Toggenburg, Saanan and then Royal Golden Guernsey milking goats.
All that delicious goat milk led logically to cheese-making, after a cheese course run by Mandy Nolan of the Cheesemaking workshop in Sussex gave us the skills and know-how they needed.
Following some experimentation, they created their first goat cheese - The Rosedale - a cheese that reflects the beauty, the honesty and simple joy of a simple herd of goats in the North York Moors.
A passion for sharing our love of the goats and cheese has led them to create a business offering a growing range of authentic, high quality handmade products.
