Cheese Courses
Are you fed up with tasteless supermarket cheese that's full of preservatives?
Do you want to know where your food comes from?
Wondered about making your own cheese but always thought it was too time consuming and difficult.
At Abbey Farm Cottage Jonty our cheese maker will show you how to make fabulously tasty cheese in our kitchen using everyday kitchen equipment, (some basic cheese making equipment is required which we can supply for pick up at the farm).
Whilst on the course we use our own Raw Goats milk from our goats we do give you the adaptions to make the cheeses using shop bought milk and our recipes are interchangeable between Cow and Goat milk.
