Ever fancied making your own cheese?
Abbey Farm Cottage are now offering cheese courses where you can learn to make haloumi, a feta type cheese, chevre, yoghurt and labneh.
You will also have the opportunity to taste our Rosedale cheeses.
We will use the milk from our own herd and you will take home what you make.
Our first course is a half day, 3 cheese day on 22 September .
