With our goats Alice , Amelia and Dottie providing milk we are holding a one day cheese course on 24th May 2023, Jonty will be showing how to make a feta, halloumi, chevre and labneh from yoghurt at home in your own kitchen.
Meet and greet 9.30 to 10, the day includes a light lunch and take home a sample of the cheese you've made.
