Who'd have believed it that we are about to embark on our second year of Goat Yoga in Collaboration with Kismet Yoga Studio Stokesley.
Last March Suzie received an email asking if it would be possible to take some goats to Stokesley for goat yoga session, her response was no! How about bringing the yoga to the goats in Rosedale Abbey! The Rest is History!!
June 2023 we featured live on Radio York doing goat Yoga and Signpost productions for the BBC came with Robson Green to film episode 6 of series 2 of his weekend escapes and what fun we had that day !
This year along with our regular Goat Yoga sessions we will be adding begin at the beginning Yoga sessions without goats, all about the goat weekend retreats a combination of a weekend yoga retreat with cheese making and 2 sessions of goat yoga!
